Effect of Temperature Treatments on the Viability of Clavibacter sepedonicus in Infected Potato Tissue

Abstract The objective of the present study was to establish whether exposure temperatures 55-70 °C results in eradication pathogen Clavibacter sepedonicus (Cs) colonised potato tissue, order evaluate efficiency composting for disinfection Cs-infected waste. Pre-sprouted tubers were inoculated and planted produce Cs-colonised stem tuber material.
